Thomas Bartscher can look back on many years of experience in various functional areas of personnel management. Since 1998', he has represented the following teaching and research areas at the Deggendorf Institute of Technology; personnel management, transformation and innovation management. As scientific director of the I:AD Institut for work & digitization, he is occupied with the challenges of the digitization in work systems, publishes technical and text books and is in demand as a speaker on current developments in the working world. As a trainer and organizational consultant, he has been working for industrial and service companies, non-profit and public enterprises for more than 25 years. With his expertise, he supports several national and international universities, research organisations and accreditition agencies.
