03.12.2018 | DIT-Press Department -  During the lecture “Human Machine Interaction” by Professor Mátéfi-Tempfli in the 5th semester of the study course Industrial Engineering, the students were visited by the humanoid robot "Pepper" of the company Aldebaran Softbank.

After an approach phase and first theory, the students were able to program Pepper via the software suite under the guidance of Björn Franken, laboratory engineer Interactive Systems / Internet of Things from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Media Technology and Computer Science, and Zeljko Loncaric, lecturer at the Faculty of Applied Natural Sciences and Industrial Engineering, and start the first interactions.
