In our faculty, the majority of students taking the courses "Electrical and Information Engineering" and "Media Technology" qualify with the aim of becoming engineers. Our new course "Applied Information Systems" has expanded our range of courses in the direction of "Embedded Systems".
Each course has different focuses and for this reason we offer a broad range of topical lab activities. Some topic examples for Electrical Engineering are; electromagnetic compatibility, control engineering and robotics, optoelectronics and image processing, vehicle communication and atomic force microscopy. The Media Technology department has a media studio and a sound studio, where live internet TV shows and radio broadcasts are produced.
We offer prospective and current students a wide range of different ways to specialise in their subject areas and the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and to put it into practice.
