IGM® - Health coach.

Centre for Academic Further Education

Vitality, performance and satisfaction into old age - that is what most people want. However, due to high work demands and stress at work, chronic illnesses are on the increase. Stress and overload are often the order of the day. The psychological, social, but also financial consequences will be difficult to control in the future, not least due to demographic developments.

To be in harmony with oneself, to learn and practice a healthy lifestyle as well as to recognize which factors individually represent an excessive demand - the "IGM®-Health Coach" supports and accompanies you in this process.

Project IGM®-Campus

The IGM®-Campus project is an innovative, scientifically based, computer-supported prevention program. It is a university-accompanied user community of different actors such as health resorts, practices and clinics, which implement a comprehensive lifestyle program called Individual Health Management (IGM®) in the areas of health promotion, disease prevention and patient training.
