Organizational instructions:

1.   Before your stay abroad

Fill out the external learning agreement or the ERASMUS+ learning agreement and get it signed by your relevant international appointee. Bring along detailed course descriptions and set up an appointment well in advance!

For students of Business Administration, International Management and Applied Economics, only a consultation with the International appointee is required!

Submit these documents to the International Office (B 210). The external learning agreement is often required well in advance, depending on the deadline of the partner university. The internal learning agreement should be handed in to the International Office sometime BEFORE leaving to study abroad.

2.   During your stay abroad

Record course changes in the external learning agreement or the ERASMUS+ learning agreement “changes” section, as well as in the internal learning agreement.

Firstly, clarify information about any course changes with the international appointee per email, putting the International Office on CC.

Fill in the external and internal learning agreement "Changes" section, then send these learning agreements including course descriptions to the International Office by email. The International Office will then forward the learning agreements to the relevant contacts.

Any course changes should be communicated to the relevant international appointee and the International Office within 4 weeks and all changes are to be recorded in the internal and external learning agreements.

3.   After returning to Deggendorf

The International Office converts all grades conversion as soon as verification is received from the partner university. The "Bavarian formula" and an internal table are used for grade conversion.

The credited courses are recorded in the grade sheet. A notification of the conversion of grades and a summary of the courses are sent to the student per email.
