Visiting and guest students may attend certain lectures from the Language and Electives Centre’s offer. They do not receive student status and are not entitled to sit exams.

What can visiting students do?

As a visiting student, you can attend courses and lectures from the non-admission-limited lectures offered by the Language and Electives Centre.  

How and when can I inscribe as a visiting student?

Here you can find the application form for attending a language course or a general elective subject (AWP).

What fees do visiting students have to pay?

Visiting students need to pay tuition fees.

The fee depends on the number of lectures you would like to attend.
Tuition fees per semester

  • 1 - 4 hours per week/semester (SWS) 100 €
  • 5 - 8 hours per week/semester (SWS) 200 €

Admission

Admission will be authorized in writing by the Language and Electives Centre. DIT requires the following documents:

  • Copy of a valid ID card or passport
  • Receipt of paid tuition fees
