The summer school in a nutshell

In the one-week Cultural Tourism and Digitalisation summer school, participants have the opportunity to approach these and their own questions from different perspectives and in different formats. The focus will be on questions concerning the use of digital technologies in cultural tourism. The participants gain insights into the discourse as well as the practice of current practices and are supported by experts in the development of their own project ideas.

The summer school will be hosted by the Deggendorf Institute of Technology in Deggendorf, Germany. The modern central European geographical position creates a perfect environment for the exchange of ideas, and offers many distinctive spaces to engage, discuss, and reflect.

Suitable participants
We invite applications from students, Ph.D. students as well as young professionals. Students of the Deggendorf University of Technology receive 4 ECTS credits in the optional area.
