Raum I002, I-Gebäude, Campus Deggendorf
The eyes are our most important sense organ. We experience about 80 % of all sensory impressions through vision. The quality of vision cannot be reduced to the visual performance of the eye alone. Concentrating on a computer screen is hard work for the eyes. Consequences are inevitable: These include, for example, tired and burning eyes, headaches, double vision, night blindness and problems with the rapid change of focus from near to far.
Specific exercises can improve visual performance and reduce existing problems in visual comfort.
- Latest scientific findings on the subject of the eye and vision.
- Exercises to strengthen eye function, actively relax and improve information processing.
- Reduction of stress symptoms
In addition to the lecture, there will also be a vision course for you at the main square of the Deggendorf campus.
Contents of the course:
Exercises to strengthen eye function, improve information processing, active relaxation, test visual performance.
