The DInO service "Individual SME and PSE consultations" aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises and public institutions in the development and use of digital strategies and products. 

By involving the DInO consortium partners and, if necessary, additional players from the extended network, support is guaranteed in individual cases where none of the other specific DInO services apply. The experts use their knowledge and their network to work with clients to find a soltion to their individual issues. This includes analyzing the problem and supporting the implementation of the solution, in particular by networking with experts for the implementation of digital workflows. 

The primary target group of this service are SMEs and public institutions that want to improve their digital capabilities and modernize their business processes. These sectors often face unique challenges in terms of resources and expertise in the area of digital transformation. Through one-on-one discussions with customers, the Bavarian AI Agency can identify the individual needs of companies and institutions, respond to them and provide neutral and transparent solution partners to support implementation.
