Ask your Questions to our Student Ambassador Hashem

Hi, I’m Hashem, 23  years old and a Bachelor’s student in my 7th semester.

Do you have any questions about student life and the Bachelor of Industrial Engineering programme? I would be happy to share my experience with you and give you an insight into life as a DIT student. I am looking forward to hearing from you!

Why did I choose this study program?

Due to its flexibility, this course option allows me to switch paths without requiring additional education.

My personal tip to you:

Stay Informed: It's crucial for students to stay informed about the opportunities available to them. I've learned that there are always scholarships and programs that students can easily obtain, but only if they take the time to apply. So, it's important to stay on top of the latest information and be aware of the opportunities that are out there waiting to be seized.

Engage: Participating in student activities, fairs, and other extracurricular events is a great way to not only make new friends but also to form valuable connections that may lead to future opportunities. As someone who has personally benefited from these activities, I encourage you to get involved and take advantage of all the amazing opportunities that await you. Who knows, your next internship or job opportunity may be just around the corner!

Good to know:

You won't believe the amazing experience waiting for you, even though the bureaucracy, the waiting times, and the visa process might be a bit frustrating. Trust me, it's absolutely worth it!

That's what I particularly like about my course of studies:

Our close coaching relationship with our professors and the diverse range of experiences we receive from the market contribute significantly to our development.

That is why you should study at the DIT/ECRI:

At our university, we celebrate diversity and offer a welcoming environment to students from all around the world. Our approach to learning is unique, as we prioritize hands-on experiences over dry textbook definitions.

My best experience during my studies:

In my second year, I had the opportunity to run for the student association presidency. Through organizing events and activities, I gained invaluable insights into management and public relations while having a blast. It was an unforgettable experience that transformed me in ways I could never have imagined.
