The WhatsApp student counselling service is a non-commercial online counselling service offered by DIT. Enquiries are available in real-time mode. All posts are accessible to DIT Student & Academic Counselling staff as soon as they are created.

The general counselling services provide support with questions and concerns about studying at DIT. They do not replace a personal, psychological or legal counselling interview.

 

 

Each author of articles is responsible for the content of their own article. THD accepts no liability whatsoever for the content of the contributions posted or for links that are part of the contributions posted.

Criminal, offensive or other unacceptable statements will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to take legal action if contributions or their content are likely to constitute a criminal offence or are otherwise unlawful. If users threaten to endanger themselves or others, the authorities will be informed immediately.

 

 

With WhatsApp counselling, the person seeking advice is in direct contact with a university employee. As the counselling is anonymous, no legally binding statements can be made.

There is no entitlement to participate in WhatsApp counselling.

Deggendorf Institute of Technology has no influence on these. We ask that you do not share any personal data such as names etc. The chat history and the associated telephone number will be automatically deleted after the consultation and will not be passed on to third parties.

 

 

 

The WhatsApp portal is maintained during DIT office hours. There is no guarantee of availability at certain times or of receiving answers from the administrator within certain periods of time.
