Extended opening hours for exam preparation (Deggendorf)

For the upcoming exam preparation we can offer extended opening hours in the period 22.06. - 31.07.2026.

Mon-Fri: 8.30 am - 11.45 pm
Sat/Sun: 8.00 am - 11.45 pm

Exception: On July 3, the library will close at 6 p.m. due to the summer festival!

Opening times may be restricted for personnel reasons. You will be informed as early as possible.

Access:

Access to the library from Monday to Friday from 8.30 pm and from Saturday to Sunday all day is only possible via the entrance at the book return box.

Borrowing of book baskets:

Book baskets are available in the entrance area and can be borrowed at the self-checkout desk. However, they must be returned at the latest before the library closes. The basket can be returned directly to the supervisory staff.

Borrowing cloakroom keys:

Keys can be borrowed from the supervisory staff if a library account is available. Borrowing is possible until the next opening day. They can also be returned directly to the supervisor (alternatively: via the ‘For cloakroom keys’ box).
